I am a full-time freelance lead run guide and have been working and guiding in the outdoors for over seven years. it’s my greatest joy to share my passion for mountains, outdoor movement, and active travel with people. my work has taken me across the globe, leading running trips across five continents for hundreds of people.

from colombia, south africa, yosemite, slovenia and beyond, each running adventure has been thoughtfully created with adventure, connection, wilderness and safety involved.

regardless of the trip, I can assure you that each retreat will have wellness, sustainability and adventure at the forefront. whether you’re looking for adventure or a cultural tour, a yoga retreat or a trail running adventure, I have several offerings for you to join! each trip has been thoughtfully created with responsible travel principles and personal and environmental wellbeing in mind. travel opens our hearts, minds and souls. it is expansive and transformative. travel has changed my life, and I hope we can come together and share these experiences together soon.
